We serve pregnant mothers and caregivers with children under three months old. Designed to help parents facing challenges such as: single parenthood, low income, childhood history of abuse and other adverse child experiences, as well as current or previous issues related to substance abuse, mental health diagnoses, and/or domestic violence. Healthy Families America is open to families of all incomes who face adverse circumstances. We conduct Home Visits. Family Home Visiting is a home visiting service for children ages prenatal through five and their primary caregiver. Being a caregiver is hard work! In the first few years of a baby’s life, they are constantly exploring and learning. During this time, primary caregivers are their most important teacher and Family Home Visiting is here to help. The HOPE Program is an incentive-based program offering participants opportunities to earn points that can be exchanged for needed baby items. Must be a pregnant woman and/or a family with a child under the age of one. The program is available during pregnancy and for one year after the child’s birth.
