Avivo Family Intensive Outpatient and Residential Treatment
Avivo’s outpatient 245G family treatment program is more than “just rehab.” It’s designed for pregnant and/or parenting women with a chemical health diagnosis or co-occurring chemical and mental health diagnoses. There are recovery housing options, when available and appropriate, where dependent children up to age 17 may live with their mothers while in treatment. Hennepin County- Project CHILD
Project CHILD is for pregnant people ages 16 and older living in Hennepin County. The program can also support those already in active recovery to reduce the risk of relapse during pregnancy. We support safe, sober pregnancies for healthy parents and their babies, keeping families together. There are no specific requirements to complete the program. Ramsey County – Mother’s First
Mothers First provides support to Ramsey County families for sober pregnancies and assists women/birthing persons struggling with substance use. We focus on meeting participants where they are and support them as they define their own success. The Mothers First staff is a diverse interdisciplinary team that includes a licensed alcohol and drug counselor, public health nurse, mental health practitioner and certified peer recovery specialist. In your own apartment with your children, you will be in a safe, supportive community with other mothers and children where you will receive the unique set of services that best meet your needs. We work closely with other community stakeholders and family members and provide services to both you and your children. RS EDEN providers care for both mother and child, and includes additional family members and caregivers. We welcome pregnant women, as well as women with children for intensive outpatient treatment connected to a safe, stable, and supportive board and lodge. 612-338-0723. This free program is for pregnant women in the United States who are ready to cut back on cigarettes and quit smoking. Sign up with the online form, or text MOM to 222888. After you confirm your enrollment, you will receive daily text messages to support you in quitting smoking from the short code 222888 (message and data rates may apply). The program lasts for 6-8 weeks. You can opt out at any time.

Our Family Treatment Center offers a safe, nurturing space for women who are pregnant or mothers with young children. We provide residential treatment designed to support recovery, strengthen parenting skills, and keep families together. The Ashoodenim Anishinaabe program (to unite in support of the people) consists of two Cultural Home Educators that provide services to pregnant or parenting caregivers in partnership with the Minneapolis Department of Health through a Promising Practices grant. The target population is American Indian parents with children ages 0-5. The focus will be on those that are experiencing substance use disorder (SUD) including opioid use disorder or at-risk of experiencing SUDs. Services are tailored to the individual client's needs in the areas of effectively and safely parenting their children (in-home parenting) and educating parents regarding child abuse prevention.

EOSIS Meadow Creek addiction treatment center is a women’s 50-bed facility located in Pine City, Minnesota. High intensity substance abuse residential program provides 30 hours of group and individual counseling a week and our low intensity residential program provides 15 hours. In addition to treatment services, we provide coordination of services with outside professionals. If you are pregnant, we will initiate medical care, get you insured, as well as arrange for prenatal classes, vitamins and birthing classes. 952-522-4574.
