  • Hand to Hold- NICU Families Virtual Support Group

    Hand to Hold® is dedicated to providing early intervention mental health support before, during, and after a NICU stay, ensuring that all NICU families thrive. This free virtual support group meets weekly on Mondays from 12-1 CST. The NICU Families Support Group is a group for families learning to navigate life in the NICU, or life after a NICU stay.   • March of Dimes

    NICU Family Support® (NFS) is the premiere program for neonatal intensive care units (NICU), offering family education, staff training on family-centered care and an improved patient experience with the support of March of Dimes experts. NFS is offered in more than 70 NICUs across the U.S. to provide family education, staff training on patient-centered care and an improved patient experience with the support of March of Dimes experts. Complimentary resources to support and educate families navigating their baby’s NICU journey.

  • PSI NICU Postpartum Parents

    Led by trained PSI facilitators, our online NICU group is intended for parents of babies who are currently or formerly in the NICU. This peer support group is for those with babies up to two years old who experienced a NICU stay for any reason. Connecting with others who have experienced the uniquely stressful environment of a NICU will provide parents with understanding, as well as helpful tools and resources. Whether your baby is currently in the NICU or you have finally returned home, our NICU Postpartum Parents support group is here for you. FREE- but registration required. Every Thursday- time varies.

  • PSI Mental Health Support for Special Needs and Medically Fragile Parenting

    This peer support group is for parents from birth to four years postpartum. This group provides a safe and supportive place for sharing feelings and challenges commonly experienced when navigating the unexpected outcome of having a child with medical complications or special needs. Logistics of care, juggling medical and therapy appointments, and unique support needs can create an isolating and overwhelming experience. Come share, connect and learn. You are not alone. FREE- Registration required. 2nd and 4th Friday at Noon.
