Preemie/NICU Resources

Moms of babies currently in the NICU/SCN/ICC and CVCC units are encouraged to come to this free group to share experiences and to learn useful skills. No registration necessary and weekly attendance is not required. Snacks will be provided.Wednesdays 1-2 pm, Children's Hospital, Minneapolis, 2525 Chicago Ave. S. Staff Conference Room.

Dear NICU Mama is a passion project designed to connect, encourage, and create community with past and present NICU moms. Get connected with support and resources.

NICU Family Support Program. It addresses the needs of parents, siblings, grandparents and the extended family throughout the hospitalization, during the transition home and in the event of a newborn death.

Mindful Wellbeing- Online NICU Support Group
Whether you are about to transition home from a hospital stay or are a few years out from your experience, this online group will provide you as parents an opportunity to discuss the challenges and successes along the way. Group discussion with a cohort that meets 1.5 hours per month for three months, and will incorporate coping skills and resources to navigate the next step in your parenting journey.
