It may be good to check a couple of different areas, to find the closest location(s) to you.   • Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

    Pregnancy after a Loss Group: The first and third Monday evening of each month. 5-6:30pm. No charge–open group–start and complete when you choose. Focus on connecting with this baby–work on relaxation techniques and strategies to be able to do so. Contact: Annette Klein RN United Hospital. Please call before attending 651-241-6206.

    Subsequent Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

  • Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS)

    Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and community support resource for women experiencing the confusing and conflicting emotions of grief mixed with joy during the journey through pregnancy after loss. PALS seeks to help expectant mothers celebrate their current pregnancy by choosing hope over fear while still nurturing and honoring the grief over the loss of their deceased child. PALS services include an online magazine, online peer-moderated support groups, local meet-ups, outreach and education through speaking and tabling at professional conferences, resource listings for families and healthcare providers, and a newsletter.

    Monthly Zoom Support Meeting Please join us on Zoom for a support group on the third Monday of the month at 11 am CST. You do not need to pre-register. Dates and Zoom link on website. Weekly Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Chat- The chat will be online weekly every Tuesday from 7:00 pm - to 9:00 pm Central Standard Time. (Please note the 3rd Tuesday has a Pregnancy After Loss focus). Weekly Pregnancy After Loss Support Chat The chat will be online on the THIRD Tuesday of each month from 7:00 pm - to 9:00 pm Central Standard Time. Weekly Difficult Decision Support Chat This group is for those that made the difficult decision to terminate a wanted pregnancy, due to a life-threatening condition of mom or baby. The chat is on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00 pm - to 9:00 pm Central Standard Time. You do not need to pre-register for the online chats. Login just before the meeting start time. These chats have no video, it is all text/typed.

    Star Legacy Foundation

    At Star Legacy Foundation, we offer free, virtual support groups for families navigating the profound grief of pregnancy loss, stillbirth and infant loss.     Missing Grace Foundation

    A GRACE Support Group is a safe place to find community with others who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss. The groups are open to the grieving parents and grandparents who are looking to work through grief in healthy ways, and to commemorate their precious babies who left this world too soon. Our support groups meet in-person in Minnesota and remotely using Zoom. GRACE Support Groups meet either once a month or twice a month for 2 hours at each meeting.     Baby Loss Support Group

    We offer a virtual Baby Loss Support Group, led by Sue Steen, a Perinatal Nurse Navigator, to help you find a support community. The group provides a safe, confidential environment for bereaved parents to process their loss with other parents who have similar experiences.

    This group meets the second Tuesday of each month from 5:30-7:00 p.m. It is free and open to the community. To register, please contact Sue Steen at 763-581-2223 or sue.steen@northmemorial.com. Information on how to access the Zoom group will be emailed after registration.

    Online Miscarriage & Recurrent Miscarriage Group

    Crescent Cove - Minneapolis

    The following is provided at Crescent Cove in a loving and joyful environment:

    Respite Care | Allows families to enjoy periodic breaks from continuous caregiving, providing an opportunity for rest and renewal. Crescent Cove kids stay for 1-7 overnights at a time throughout the year, receiving 24/7 nursing care. Families are offered 15 days/nights of respite per year, with the option to be placed on a waiting list for additional days.

    Hospice/End-of-Life Care | The Crescent Cove Home offers a unique alternative for families at a time of transition for their child. Our care team supports the family’s wishes while caring for the child who is imminently dying and ensure this care is consistent with clinical, cultural, religious, and ethical standards.

    There is no out-of-pocket cost for stays at Crescent Cove. Crescent Cove is licensed as a hospice facility by the State of Minnesota and an approved Home and Community-Based Services provider.

    Infants Remembered in Silence, Inc. (IRIS)- Faribault

    Support to families who have lost a baby. Individual offerings, as well as a monthly support group- 218 Third Ave. NW in Faribault MN. There is no registration required and no fees. Meetings are open ended, meaning that you can come for as long as you would like and that meetings are not held as a 4 or 6 series/class. Midday meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month from 11 AM - 1 PM.     For parents who have experienced the death of one or more, both or all twins or higher multiples at any time from conception through birth, infancy, and childhood. Bereaved parents or grandparents of a twin or twins or higher multiple(s) in pregnancy or birth, infancy or early childhood, are welcome to join CLIMB's Facebook group: go to CLIMB Inc.     Ending a Wanted Pregnancy (EWP) Support Group

    We invite you to join our private support group. Here you will find friendship and understanding to help you along on your road to healing. Our private support group is open only to those who’ve ended a pregnancy following a prenatal diagnosis or due to maternal health issues. We are careful about who let in, and strive to keep our community safe and supportive.

    The Child Loss Foundation

    The Child Loss Foundation is a merger of Faiths Lodge and The BeliEve Foundation. They provide support for parents and families living through the unique pain of the death of a child. There are 3 services they provide-Child Loss BeliEve, Child Loss @ Work, and Child Loss Retreats. Child Loss BeliEve Fund provides grieving parents in Minnesota immediate and practical financial support from the hardships resulting from the death of a child. Child Loss @ Work is an employer-sponsored benefit that guides the transition of an employee’s return to work after the death of a child. Child Loss Retreats provide a safe and supportive space for grieving parents to find personal and emotional connection with others who have experienced a similar loss. Location for many retreats is The Faith's Lodge, a retreat facility in Danbury, WI. "It was built to honor Faith Lacek and will ALWAYS be Faith’s Lodge. It remains our primary facility for Child Loss Retreats, and we are committed to preserving that experience."

    Grieve Out Loud

    A pregnancy and infant loss support network. We offer a Pen-Pal program and online support group for grieving families as well as this community page and a website with various resources to help support the general public.

    Hand to Hold

    NICU Love & Loss Support Group.

    A support group for families who have experienced a bereavement in the NICU or after a NICU stay. Parents whose baby has been referred to palliative and/or hospice care are also welcome. Click the desired date to register https://handtohold.org/bereavement/

    Love Comma Dad Care Package

    A virtual care package for dads who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, stillbirth, created by a dad who has lived it. The care package is four emails sent over one week. Each email includes the videos and personal stories. There is no time limit to the access of the videos, allowing for dads to view them when they are ready to do so.

    Doula Resources specifically for those who have lost a baby, or are carrying a baby that has been diagnosed with a condition that will result in death postpartum.

    Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR) Support Circle

    Find the support and connection you need in a safe, confidential space (closed group, all members go through a screening process). Have your questions answered about grief and all the emotions and layers that come with TFMR (ending a wanted pregnancy). This peer and bereavement doula run Facebook group aims to keep its members secure through this screening process.     Tiny Treasures Infant Loss Supports

    Get connected with a perinatal loss doula on-call to support you during your time of grief in hospitals, emergency rooms or at home.     Children's Hospital Pregnancy and Infant Loss support group

    The Pregnancy and Infant Loss support group helps parents whose baby has died through ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death (shortly following birth or during an NICU stay). The group is made up of parents, and is led by staff members from both Allina Health and Children’s Minnesota. This support group is not therapy, rather it is a group of parents who find comfort and courage in walking this difficult path together. Sessions will be held virtually on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The group is free of charge. Registration is required.
