If you pregnant following a loss of any kind, and need extra support, here are some options are for you, organized by area of the metro! It may be good to check a couple of different areas, to find the closest location(s) to you. If you do not see resources in your area, please scroll down the list, as there are online options listed there!

Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Meets every other Monday evening of each month.  5-6:30pm.   No charge–open group–start and complete when you choose.  Focus on connecting with this baby–work on relaxation techniques and strategies to be able to do so.  Talking with other parents who have experienced a similar loss can help you realize that your feelings are normal. Subsequent Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) -

PALS is a community support resource for women experiencing the confusing and conflicting emotions of grief mixed with joy during the journey through pregnancy after loss. PALS offers an online magazine and 14 moderated online (through Facebook) peer-to-peer support groups for parents who are expecting again after loss. 

Pregnancy after loss -for moms pregnant again after a loss.

Trying to conceive after loss - for moms who are Trying to Conceive (TTC) after pregnancy and/or child loss.

Pregnancy after loss for dads - for dads who are expecting a child after a previous loss. 

Pregnancy after 1st trimester loss - for moms pregnant again after a previous first trimester loss. 

Pregnancy after 2nd trimester loss - for moms pregnant again after a previous second trimester loss. 

Pregnancy after 3rd trimester loss - for moms pregnant again after a previous third trimester loss. 

Pregnancy after infant or toddler loss - for moms pregnant again after a previous infant or toddler loss. 

Pregnancy after TMFR - must apply to join - for moms pregnant again after a pregnancy termination for medical reasons. 

Pregnancy after loss with no living children - for moms pregnant again after a loss with no living children.

Pregnancy after loss of a multiple - for moms pregnant again after the loss of a multiple.

Pregnancy after infertility & loss - for moms pregnant again after infertility and loss.

Star Legacy Foundation

Monday 7:30 pm, led by Joann O'Leary. Online support groups for or families who have experienced a perinatal loss and for individuals experiencing a pregnancy after a loss. Groups are held via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing and facilitated by trained health professionals. Registration required for first session.
