Hand to Hold – Virtual Support Groups
Virtual support groups allow families to access support at all stages of the NICU journey, from the comfort of your own home. Groups held at different times Mon-Fri, and there are groups for parents currently in NICU and after leaving NICU. Click on link for details and to register. Groups are free to attend.
There is also a Private Facebook group that you can join for ongoing support and connection.
Hearts2Hope
Meet and support other parents with complicated, high-risk pregnancies and/or experiencing time in the NICU with their newborn. This private Facebook group is intended to support others, offer encouragement and guidance. This group is moderated by moms with their own bed rest and NICU stories with the intended purpose to reduce the amount of isolation experienced during a NICU stay and/or bed rest. We are here to create connection and support.
March of Dimes

PSI NICU Parents Online Support Group
Led by trained PSI facilitators, our online NICU group is intended for parents of babies who are currently or formerly in the NICU. Connecting with others who have experienced the uniquely stressful environment of a NICU will provide parents with understanding, as well as helpful tools and resources. Whether your baby is currently in the NICU or you have finally returned home, our NICU parents support group is here for you. See calendar for dates/times. Group is free, but registration is required.
